I got a notification email from Caring Bridge website of a girl the same age as my #2 who has been battling leukemia.
She directed her readers to a site where one can register for Marrow Donation. Usually it costs $50 for the kit to do the tissue typing (although it is tax-deductible).
However, June 8 - 22 the kits are FREE while supplies last!
What an incredible opportunity to help someone!
Go do it...it just takes a couple minutes and you could save a life.
