Spelling Champion

OH, My!
My four year old is trying SO hard to imitate the big kids. They are always asking me to spell words for them. They are making Christmas lists today so it's a little worse than most days.

Good thing I was Tillamook County Spelling Champion one year and third runner up another year.

And I am SO enjoying spending the day home with them. No appointments...nothing I have to do.

I think it would be really nice if we weren't all SICK! Each available level surface has someone laying on it saying "ooooooo, I feel YUCKY, Mom!"

And Mom is laying near the computer going "OK, be there in a minute! Just gotta check my email!"

I'M KIDDING!

Anyway, #4 is asking me to spell about 8000 words (she can't even write most of the letters yet, but that's ok. It's good to pretend.)

Here comes the next word....

"Mom, How do you spell 'T.V.'?"

Aaaahhh....

She couldn't figure out why I had to wait to answer her until I caught my breath and cleaned the coffee off the 'puter screen.

Please continue to pray for MG. He is still very ill and I'm to the point where I'm Juuuuuusssst about to haul his hiney to the ER no matter how much he doth protest.
