Thursday Thirteen has become such a challenge for me. I'm going to have to either get on the stick or re-evaluate whether or not I'm going to keep it up.
So here's my frustration for the week.
Thirteen things I have tried to get rid of my daughters' excema. (Not necessarily in order...mainly cuz I can't remember)
2. Cephalexin
3. Bag balm
4. Aquaphor
5. Triamcinolone Acetonide
6. Chicken poop Lip Junk
7. Vaseline
8. Augmentin
9. Aloe Vera
10. Cetaphil
11. Triple antibiotic ointment
12. Erythromycin
13. Prayer
Anybody else got any ideas? Her lips are peeling and bloody and my insurance won't cover dermatology visits unless it's cancer. My Fam Prac doc is at the end of his expertise. She has little spots of it all over her arms and legs. Sometimes a granular rash on her back. I actually have two kids with this, but the older one responded well to the protopic.
Poor baby. I just don't know what else to do.

oh...I am so sorry to hear of your struggle with this. I have heard really excellent things about giving her fish oil. The liquid kind orally. They make a kids one that is flavored.
I hope you find soemthing that works.
My son still has it, it gets worse in the winter but better in the summer so I know how frustrating it can be. My daughter had it when she was younger, what worked for her was eliminating dairy from her diet for a few months. It sounds like you have tried all the topical treatments, perhaps she reacting to a food allergy.
Good luck!
Oh my goodness, your daughter has excema. My 18 month hold has it horrible. We have tried everything on your list and more. Have you heard of emu oil. Kinda helps, very expensive. I like to put it in the bath water, if I can ever give her a bath. I would love to correspond a little bit with you to see how you are battling this.
My second son had a nasty & apparently uncurable case of eczema as a toddler. We eventually won, but it wasn't a fun fight.
Some ideas:
Don't use fabric softener.
Use fragrance-free laundry soap.
Don't hang clothes on the line outdoors (pollens get into the clothes & some kids react ...)
Try applying pure lanolin, like they sell to nursing mothers for nipple care.
